Concept Artist

Anshar Studios is seeking a talented Concept Artist to join our team and contribute to our upcoming projects.
Founded in 2012, Anshar Studios focuses on 1st and 3rd party game development for all major gaming platforms.
Working with Anshar gives you the opportunity to develop your skills, participate in challenging projects, and team up with a bunch of skilled people with a passion for video games.

• Design and create visually striking concept that align with the game’s creative vision and storytelling goals.
• Collaborate with art directors and other team members to ensure cohesive world-building and asset production.
• Develop a variety of designs from sketches to highly polished concepts.
• Provide detailed visual breakdowns, callouts, and reference materials to guide 3D asset creation.
• Ensure consistency in style and quality adhering to the project’s art direction.

• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or equivalent software.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software for block-outs or visualization.
• Strong understanding of perspective, composition, lighting, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience integrating feedback into iterative designs.
• Strong knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and tools for creating game visuals.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level).
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level).

• Experience with creating storyboards.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity for understanding the integration of assets into game environments.
• Passion for video games.
• Fluent English (C1 level).
